The site is being restored
long story short my host moved servers and lost my databases
I had backups from them but apparently all of the backups were corrupted as they didn't have everything configured correctly
I have managed to dr frankenstein the corrupted backups together and piece together the site again
it should be all working again, if you find any errors please let me know
I've moved to a new host so hopefully this doesn't happen again and I will now not only be diligent in keeping backups but also in making sure that they aren't corrupted.
